Booking Conditions

All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in

Check-in time: after 14:00 Check-out time: before 12:00 Late check-out after 18:00 is subject to availability with an additional charge of 50% from the one-night villa rate. the one-night rate will be applied for check-out after 21:00


Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable booking No-show shortened stay or early departure will be charged 100% (total value) from each villa reservation.


Guarantee Method

We accept a guarantee by Credit Card / Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer / Cash Deposit / Company / TA All bank fees (including our Bank’s correspondence/beneficiary/receiving fees) must be included in the total amount transferred. Any shortfall in the total rental amount received from the rental amount due will be due and payable by the guest upon arrival.


Number in Party and Suitability

The number of persons occupying a property must not exceed the maximum number stated in the property description unless by prior arrangement. Everyone occupying the property must be listed in the booking form, including small children. The accommodation cannot be shared or sub-let and only the persons shown in the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. Persons under the age of 18 are not accepted as guests unless accompanied by parents or responsible adults. We reserve the right to refuse any booking. Failure to comply will render the booking void and no compensation will be paid.


Code of Conduct

The actions of all occupants of the property shall not interfere with the enjoyment of other holidaymakers or residents. Please do not use the pool after 10:30 pm and before 07.30 am. Please reduce music and other sounds especially in the outside area to a minimum of between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am. If there is a Police or Banjar report, the guest is responsible for paying any penalties. The Miracle Villas reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately and forthwith. We are not responsible for any costs occurring nor shall we pay any compensation due to a break of the Code of Conduct.


Damages, Breakages, and Losses

Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages, or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. We reserve the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party, or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess. Please note: All guests will also be required to sign a "Waiver of Liability "form at check-in.


Smoking and Pets

All of our villas are non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided in the outside living room area or terrace for guests wishing to smoke. For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the villa. A pet is not allowed.
